BASE Service Group was founded in April of 2003 to perform facility maintenance and general construction.  In March of 2005, BASE Service Group acquired RDT Enterprises L.L.C.  In doing this BASE Service Group became the parent company of RDT Enterprises L.L.C.  This merger was a very beneficial step for all parties involved. With the construction experience of BASE and the grounds maintenance and janitorial experience of RDT, the newly combined company is able to accommodate all major service needs.  
 
RDT  has been involved in government maintenance contracting for the past 12 years. It started as a lawn maintenance company that expanded into janitorial and service contracting to better serve the government.  Our goal from the beginning was to implement a business plan that would allow our company to grow into IDIQ and BOS Maintenance Contracts.  We have invested the last 8 years into implementing a infrastructure that can completely handle all the governments needs. 

Our environmental division has grown over the years and evolved to serve our clients needs.  Our  goal at BASE is to completely handle all the needs of every contract we perform, with zero deficiencies.

We have gained priceless experience over the years and have developed a maintenance system and company that can professionally handle all areas of service contracting.  We have spent thousands of hours performing in and studying the service industry world.  We have taken many different approaches over the years. (Some more successful than others.) From our “clean sweep” mowing approach to our “Kaivac clean” janitorial programs; we have tried to implement the most productive and cost effective means of providing a superior level of service and performance.a
re co We attend numerous trade shows and expos to stay on the cutting edge of the industry. We are in constant communication with numerous manufacturers to give and receive input and suggestions on innovative product ideas.

We are dedicated to providing a team atmosphere and promote a safe work environment for all our clients and team members.  We have developed and have on file all necessary safety, management, and contigency plans to insure a sucessful safe project, on time every time. 

 We have found that the 5 leading contributing factors to an unsuccessful project are lack of organization, the absence of an adequate infrastructure, lack of adequate financing, greed, and the lack of constant communication.  We have strived and continue to strive to create a maintenance system that will not fall prey to any of these items or any other negative factors that may affect a successful project. It is our goal to not only provide a superior level of service, but to also establish a lasting relationship based on performance, trust, and honesty.
